Mozzarella in Carrozza

Again a small snack in the evening. ;-)

for 2 people.


Ingredients:

8 slices of toast, for example, whole wheat toast
2 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
2 balls of mozzarella (a total of 250g)
salt
pepper
basil
8 cherry tomatoes


Preparation:

Eggs and the milk together . Eggbeater Season with salt and pepper. The slices of toast on both sides soak in it. Cut the mozzarella balls

in 12 about 1 cm thick slices. Four slices of toast with it. The remaining four slices of toast and put it firmly press. Heat

in a pan a little olive oil and fry the toast in it from both sides.

Quarter the tomatoes, halve this recipe and seasoned with salt, pepper and basil.
